If anyone found a Charms textbook and homework assignment that belongs to me (my name is on the parchment and in the book) it would be good if they could return it to me. I lost it the other day on the stairwell. Obviously, I greatly need it back.

WARDED TO PROFESSOR FLITWICK.I lost my Charms book the other day, and it was dirtied from students stepping on it, and another student decided to throw it out. I was wondering if there is a Charms text that I can borrow until I am able to go to Hogsmeade to buy a new one? Or perhaps I can send an owl order to Flourish & Blotts in Diagon Alley.
In any case, I will be needing a book for the next days, and if there is one that I can borrow, I would greatly appreciate it.

WARDED TO MIRANDA.Hello, Miranda. I was wondering if you are planning to go to the dance that Olive is having with the Charms Club? If you did want to go, I was wondering then if you would like to go with me, maybe? There is time, you can think about it, and do not worry if you would rather go with someone else- I would not be upset. I just thought we will probably have a nice time together. WARDED PRIVATE- IN POLISH.There. That's one awkward thing out of the way, and I do hope this doesn't actually make things awkward between us, but Miranda is fun and pretty, and it's not that I really fancy her in some ridiculous way, but I can't really think of anyone else I'd rather go with.
Now, unfortunately, there's something else. The person I got for this Christmas exchange thing is Antonin Dolohov. Honestly. What does a Polish Muggleborn get a Russian Pureblood for Christmas? This sounds like the start of a bad joke, but I'm actually going to have to figure out an answer to that question. Also, what nice things am I supposed to say about someone I don't know? I don't even know what he likes or what he's good at, but I guess I can just say that he's smart and a good student, since he is a Ravenclaw. Or I guess maybe I could ask one of his classmates, but is that cheating?
Oh, who really cares.
